JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Planning

• Receive briefs directly from the Account team or brand

• Develop Marketing strategies based on requirements and specific brief directions

• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and partnerships

• Propose innovative marketing initiatives based on industry trends

Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights for optimization

• Analyze target audiences for each campaign to ensure relevance

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure approved plans are executed

• Adjust marketing plans with teammates to meet business objectives

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 1 year of experience in communications, with preference for experience in planning large-scale communication campaigns, content marketing campaigns, or IMC plans

• Understanding of content and skills in executing campaigns across Digital Marketing channels

• Data analysis skills and ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness

• Preference for candidates with experience in the digital technology industry

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking and logical analysis abilities

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

• Proactive, responsible, and passionate about work

• Good pressure tolerance and a consistently positive attitude

• Must have a personal laptop

BENEFITS

• Base salary: $700–$1,300 depending on the candidate’s capability

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, committed to results

• Probation period: 2 months, with full social insurance and tax benefits as per state regulations

Execute and plan Marketing strategies

• Manage communication and branding campaigns

• Develop, implement, and optimize communication campaigns

• Manage and adjust content & advertising channels/owned media of the company to maximize campaign effectiveness

Establish content strategies & execute them

• Build content marketing strategies and develop in-depth content

• Manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and the company website

Conduct market research

• Research the market, competitors, new trends, effective marketing programs in the market, product performance, and consumer trends and behaviors (trends, behaviors, shifts between segments, etc.)

• Propose improvements and/or create new products/services

Brand management

• Build relationships with clients to achieve planned objectives

• Create and propose solutions to meet clients’ requirements and needs

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Expertise

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, with preference for project management experience and comprehensive marketing knowledge (content marketing, branding, IMC Plan, etc.)
